LASER HAIR REMOVAL

APPLISONIX

This is an effective treatment to remove white and blonde hairs – not easily treated with laser or IPL. The technology is an ultrasound wave that is delivered through a tweezer like device – it is pain free, safe on tanned skin and delivers the wave to the hair root where the heat energy causes the hair to fall out immediately. Long term results are dependent on genetics, hormones and medications but generally effective after 8-10 sessions.

ELECTROLYSIS

The first recorded use of electricity for epilation or hair removal was in 1875. Electrolysis is a method  of  hair removal that can be semi-permanent and is achieved by inserting a small specialised and powered needle into the hair follicle  this process destroys the growth tissue. Electrolysis can be used on many small areas of the body and in a series of  sessions depending on the size of the area requiring hair removal can successful permanently  removing hair about 90% of the time.

MICRODERMABRASION

Microdermabrasion helps improve the texture and appearance of the skin using a stream of fine micro particles which partially removes the outermost layer of the skin and stimulates new cell growth.

We use both particles and diamond tip dependent on the skin condition to be treated.

MEDICAL PEELS

The use of chemical peels to soften and improve the appearance of skin dates back to the ancient Egyptians. Today, scientists have identified numerous forms of acid which can be used to treat skin.

This treatment is very effective for many skin conditions and is applied at varying strengths under strict clinical observation.

HYDRAFACIAL
